• Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

• Customers are responsible for verifying product details before purchasing.

2. Purchase Limitations

• Each user can purchase a maximum of five (5) quantities of any product per transaction.

• Multiple orders exceeding this limit may be canceled at our discretion.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

• If an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, customers must report it within 1 week of delivery.

• We may offer a replacement if the issue is reported within the stated timeframe and verified by our team.
